Our Story
Founded in 1974 by Duke Vallely
Vallely Sport & Marine is a locally owned family business that began in Williston, North Dakota. John "Duke" and Arlene Vallely started as Vallely Truck Center, selling International Trucks. In 1976, they added Lund and Glastron boat lines with Mercury outboards — and the marine legacy began.
A second location in Minot was added in 1986. In 1999, they purchased Twin City Marine and BoatWorld in Bismarck. The current Bismarck facility at 2800 East Bismarck Expressway was built in 2004 — a state-of-the-art showroom designed to match the quality of the brands they carry.
Today, Vallely is operated by second and third generation owners Tim S. Vallely and Josh Vallely, continuing the family tradition of exceptional service and deep community investment.
